Products & Orders
Sitwell manufactures and supplies office chairs, visitor seating, ergonomic chairs, executive seating and related products for B2B and institutional buyers. Product images and specifications on this website are indicative; minor variations in colour, finish or dimensions may occur within manufacturing tolerances.
- Orders are confirmed only upon written quotation acceptance and receipt of purchase order or advance payment as agreed
- Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply per model and are stated at quotation stage
- Custom upholstery, branding or made-to-order batches are non-cancellable once production begins
Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. GST and freight are additional unless explicitly included in your quotation. Payment terms (advance, credit, LC, etc.) are agreed per order. Delayed payment may attract interest or suspension of further supply.
Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on model, quantity and destination. Estimated dispatch dates are provided at order confirmation but are not guaranteed where events beyond our reasonable control occur. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
