Warranty Coverage
Sitwell provides a 1-year warranty on structural frames and gas lifts, and mechanisms for chairs purchased directly or through authorised dealers.
Warranty is valid from the date of invoice. Bulk orders require registration within 30 days via sitwellfurnitech@gmail.com.
- Frame, base and gas lift: 5 years
- Tilt mechanism and armrests: 3 years
- Fabric, mesh and foam: 3 years (normal wear excluded)
Exclusions
- Damage from misuse, modification or unauthorised repair
- Normal wear of castors, arm pads and fabric
- Commercial rental use beyond rated hours without agreement
